Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated, self:motivated, professional to grow with our Firm.
Job Responsibilities:
:Preparation of Federal and State Tax Returns for Individuals, Trusts, Partnerships, and
Corporations using Lacerte in an innovative paperless environment
:Preparation of Sale Tax Reports, Payroll Reports, Monthly Write:ups, and Bank Reconciliations
:Prepare response notices to the IRS and state tax authorities
Qualified Candidates will possess the following:
:Bachelors degree with a major in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance
:Masters in Taxation a plus
:Prior tax preparation experience for Individuals and Business a plus
:Proficiency in QuickBooks
:Strong computer skills: proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office
:Highly motivated, self:starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within
deadline constraints
:Must be a team player and have excellent oral and written communication skills
