We are currently hiring an Accounting Administrative Assistant to fill a job with a manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. If you have blended background in administrative support and accounting, please keep reading! This organization would love to hire a driven individual who can eventually move into a leadership role. The pay is based on experience in the range of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. We are scheduling first round interviews now so please apply ASAP! The responsibilities for the Accounting Administrative Assistant job include: -Aid two accounting managers in general administrative support in addition to AR & AP duties -Serve as a main point of contact for vendors -Process payments and generate invoices for clients/vendors -Answer a multi-line phone -Draft letters/memos for the management team -Order office supplies and maintain office equipment -Handle general data entry as needed -Run reports in Excel and track data Qualifications: -Three or more years of experience in Administrative Support -One or more years of experience in accounting is highly preferred -Must be an Advanced User in Microsoft Excel -Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills -Must possess a sense of urgency If you are interested in this Accounting Administrative Assistant position and meet the minimum requirements please send your resume to or apply online at!
