Looking for a full time assistant to handle the following;

Customer Service
- answering phones & emails
- follow up calls
(must have excellent customer support skills)

Project Management
- reviewing web development projects, testing, assigning tasks, etc.

Other random tasks will be needed from time to time, such as errands, etc.
