Assist attorneys and staff with various tasks including drafting/finalizing correspondence and other documents, witnessing and notarizing the signing of documents, copying, scanning, and recording documents as requested;
Back office support for estate planning and estate administration clients;
Organize and index estate planning and corporate transactional documents for clients;
Assist the Financial Manager with special projects such as production of client letters;
Primary backup to receptionist (greet clients and guests, schedule and confirm client meetings, answer phones and screen calls, assist with opening new client files, prepare outgoing mail, etc.);
Responsible for conducting and maintaining inventory of the firm’s supplies;
Primary responsibility for the firm's file management;
Open, scan and distribute incoming mail; and
Participate in firm-sponsored legal seminars.

Job Requirements
Four-year bachelor’s degree (absolute requirement)
2 years job experience (legal experience a plus)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task
Self-starter
People-oriented individual with excellent judgment
Be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Occasional overtime required
