Job Summary:
The primary focus of this position is to interact with customers on a variety of topics, including products and services, misapplied payments, credit memos and billing, to help enhance the overall customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
:Provide support and assistance to customers regarding:
:Products and services
:Research misapplied payments
:Process credit memos
:Update purchase orders, address and name changes
:Work with internal departments to assist in resolving disputes on the behalf of the customer
:Determine reason for customer contact and assist with complaints, errors, billing and other inquiries
:Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining pertinent information and investigating
:Follow up to close out calls and to ensure resolution
:Process LLW reversal and billing credits
:Process billing for specialized accounts, web billing and data entry for these accounts
:Performs administrative and clerical duties, such as, typing, proofing, filing and assembling correspondence for customers
:Other duties as assigned including back:up support to other group members. Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job
Equipment Used and Responsibility:
:Computer, telephone and electronic office equipment
:MS Office Suite : with an emphasis on Excel
:Access the company's internal systems including, Salesforce, Results, Intranet, Descartes, bank websites, e:invoicing and chat software
:Salesforce and Results
Education and Experience:
:High School Diploma or GED
:Minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer service/billing role, required
:High degree of attention to detail
:Strong computer skills with the ability to multi:task
:Strong research and problem solving skills : accounts receivable knowledge is a plus
:Communicate clearly: both verbal and written with a professional demeanor
