Busy healthcare technology consulting firm seeks a highly organized, personable, and self:motivated individual with a wide range of skills to help us optimize, organize, and grow. This is a part:time position with the ability to mostly work from home.
Responsibilities include:
:Booking travel for management and consultants
:Small scale event planning
:Small scale project management
:Vendor and contractor invoice management/payment
:Records management
:Issue tracking
:Reporting on a variety of activities across the organization
:Participation in consulting activities as directed
:Participation in a variety of marketing activities as directed
Required skills include:
:Proficiency in MS Excel
:Project management experience
:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
:Excellent organizational skills
:Professional demeanor and comfort level directing and dealing with a diverse set of
roles/personalities ranging from executives to computer programmers to physicians
