Description
We are currently seeking a full-time leasing consultant, experience is required.

You will be responsible for the following job functions:
- Answer phones n a pleasant, informative manner. Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, fellow employees, and representatives of other companies.
- Distribute information to inquiring applicants through written and oral correspondence.
- Conduct tours of our beautiful community and apartment homes.
- Screen and process applications for verification daily.
- Type and process necessary paperwork for move-ins.
- Perform move-ins and move-outs.
- Assist with monthly resident events.
- Handle resident issues appropriately.
- Update daily activities report on a daily basis.
- Conduct market survey monthly.
- Other duties as assigned by the Community Manager or Assistant Manager.

Knowledge of: Yardi and Yieldstar and RentCafe is a plus.

This position offers 40 hours per week. Medical, Dental and Vision is available after 90-days of employment. Rental Concession is available after 90-days.

Schedule as follows:
• Saturday-9:30 am-5:30 pm
• Sunday-9:30 am-5:30 pm
• Wednesday-8:30 am-5:30 pm
• Thursday-8:30 am-5:30 pm
• Friday-8:30 am-5:30 pm

Job Requirements
• Leasing experience is required.
• Knowledge of Yardi and Yielstar is preferred.
• Weekends are a must.
