Office Assistant
(16th Street and Glendale)

compensation: $10 to $12 per hour
employment type: full-time

We are looking for an office assistant that is not timid, has good general office, customer service and computer skills. This person will be responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, computer data entry and other general office support functions including faxing, filing, emailing, printing and mailing labels. This office is fast paced and loud most days.

The candidate must have good typing skills, AT LEAST 30 words a minute, and have good numeric data entry keystroke ability as well as a good knowledge of word, excel and general internet navigation. We are looking for someone with high energy, can multi task, be very detail oriented, organized, flexible and team oriented. We are looking for someone who has had a stable work history and good common sense.

This will be a great opportunity for someone who has computer experience so that you can learn to work on accounting software (Quickbooks) and to grow to take on additional responsibilities expanding the position into doing considerably more as the business continues to grow.

This position will start at $10.00 to $12.00 an hour depending upon your experience. Normal work hours will be from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. NO BENEFITS ARE OFFERED. If you want to work, we will pay you.
