Position: Office Administrator/Manager

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30

Compensation: $14-$16 depending on experience

Description: We are a police and uniform supply store seeking an office administrator/manager to work closely with our staff in order to establish an efficient and organized work environment. We are seeking a detail oriented person who has a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and comfortable in a fast paced environment.

Job Duties to include but not limited to:

 Manage a small staff
 Administrative work such as filing and data entry
 Accounts payable/receivable
 Assist in completing tasks for customers to include; checking on orders, invoicing, and processing orders.
 Work the front retail counter as needed.

Job Requirements:

 2 years customer service experience
 1 year accounting experience
 Experience using financial software such as QuickBooks
 Proficient in Microsoft Office
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 Ability to multi-task and time manage
 Outstanding customer service skills
