Genesis AFC, a group home provider, is seeking an exceptional Office Assistant to manage the administration and book keeping of both client files and employee files. Responsibilities also include office management duties.
This position is ideal for a creative and organized professional who has outstanding administrative skills and desires a stable, long:term position with a small agency. Our ideal candidate is a detailed:oriented self:starter with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision. The candidate must be a team player with a flexible attitude and the ability to prioritize workload, multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast:paced environment. Integrity, professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential.
This position will start as part:time with the opportunity to grow into a full:time position.
