About the Job
PMG Talent Management Group is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate team member to make a difference by working as a Receptionist with outbound call skills in our downtown Phoenix, AZ office.

This is a permanent full-time position. All candidates must be tobacco free, eligible to work in the United States and available to work a flexible schedule 8a -5p schedule (no nights and no weekends).

In this reception/outbound call scheduling role you will help identify and schedule candidates with career search needs. This position also requires a high level of customer service with visiting client visits, advisory staff support, and consultant team support.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Must be comfortable spending time greeting clients, on the phone, and on the computer
• Must maintain an excellent attendance record
• Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion and motivation skills
• Strong customer service & sales skills
• Prior experience working with outbound calls a major plus
• Able to communicate accurately and effectively using email
• Accurate data entry skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, database and spreadsheet management, email software, and internet browsers
• Possess and exhibit an outgoing, friendly positive demeanor
• Focused, organized, and detail oriented
• Ability/willingness to learn and apply new skills quickly
• Employ discretion, tact, and empathy; pro-active and intuitive people skills
• Previous outbound sales call, community outreach, customer service and/or tele-service industry experience preferred.
• Non-Smoker
• Class A office environment, requires professional attire: No visible tattoos, face piercings, purple hair, etc.

PMG Talent Management Group is hiring for a talented and competitive receptionist with outbound call experience. You must be comfortable working in a team environment, making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and scheduling.

Responsibilities of the receptionist/outbound call representative are;

Position is located in downtown Phoenix at the new CityScape tower.

Pay is $14.00 per hour, with potential bonus opportunities after training.

You must be able to pass a background, drug screen and skills assessment upon hire.

Requirements of the receptionist/outbound call representative are;

· Minimum High School Diploma or GED

· B2C sales/call experience preferred, but not required

· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

· The ability to take advantage of all opportunities to schedule services for qualified customers by following a call script practice.

· Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

· Exceptional front office customer service attitude and skills
