Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties include:
First contact telephone responsibility, generating proposals, processing purchase orders, and job orders, creating spreadsheets, filing, and any other administrative duties needed by executives. Basic computer skills, and familiar with MS Office, i.e., Word, Outlook, some Excel.
Internet research abilities, minimum typing 40 wpm, and strong communication skills are required.
Spanish is a plus but not required. Previous construction back ground is desired, however, we will train the right candidate.
**This position has an immediate opening. **
**We offer medical benefits, and an excellent work environment. **
**Our office hours are; 7 A.M. - 5 P.M. M - F. We are located in North Phoenix.**
**Position will start at $12.00 per hour.**
