Position: Sales Associate

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 - 5:30 and Some Saturdays 9:00 - 1:00

Compensation: $12-$14 per hour depending on experience

Description: We are a police and uniform supply store seeking a sales associate to work closely with our customers both in person and over the phone. This is a fast paced environment that requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and excellent people skills.

Job Duties to include but not limited to:

 Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
 Assist customers with their uniform and equipment needs.
 Effectively answer phones and provide the appropriate service to each call.
 Perform a quality control check on items before a call is made to the customer
 Maintain a clean work space and store front
 Restock and organize inventory

Job Requirements:

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 2 years retail customer service experience
 Critical thinking skills and problem solving capabilities
 Punctual and dependable
 Willingness to work hard and learn
 Strong communication skills
 Detail oriented and thorough in all capacities
