This position reports to GSM Assembly Test Manager and will perform diverse and highly complex administrative duties, requiring a broad range of responsibility in support of individual and groups. The admin position establishes schedules based on department priorities and objectives, has comprehensive knowledge of the organization, administrative policies and procedures, and an understanding of the corporate environment. Work is varied, requiring flexibility, judgment, and initiative. Core duties will include, but are not limited to managing domestic and international travel, calendars, complex meeting scheduling, supplies, reconciliation of organization charts, and onsite support to GSM employees located in Chandler – CH3.
Perform various administrative and project related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Drafts, composes, types, and proofs correspondence using current office software applications creates and sustains systems for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of confidential information schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events organizes and manages calendar schedules for manager and/or department makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports maintains office supplies manages departmental recognition, tracks headcount and spending serves as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures and is a resource for office related software applications.
Duties may also include execution of research, data analysis, and preparing reports/recommendations. Copies, collates, sorts and distributes materials. Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team. Work performed within generally defined parameters.
Consistently adhere to business practices keeping the company legal. Judgment is required in resolving complex non-standard problems and making routine recommendations.
Senior Admins understand the value of Networking; they utilize their peers when needed and consistently share BKM's or important types of information that may be valuable to others.
Admins are tools experts, with advanced knowledge of MS office suite and Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Intel intranet and web navigation. SharePoint and website administration skills are both useful and utilized in many departments.
