Title Claims Processors - $13.00-16.00 to start!


Solutions Staffing is recruiting on of behalf several well known and highly respected
Mortgage Companies for experienced Title Claims Processors.

Clients are located in Phoenix, North Phoenix, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Peoria,
and all have IMMEDIATE NEED to fill these positions!

• $13-16.00 to start (BOE)

Job Duties:

  • Will be filing Title Claims on behalf of client to establish liens
  • Review and follow chain of title and clear any title issues
  • Provide timely updates and reports to field reps and management
  • Ensure accurate data entry into Microsoft excel and various title programs
Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years title experience required
  • Any law firm experience a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in LPS, VendorScape and Lendstar highly desired
  • Knowledge of title policy requirements
  • Escrow, bankruptcy, and foreclosure knowledge desired
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage documents
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
