When it comes to the cleanliness of your home, we respect all of our customer's homes and their wishes while cleaning windows.  We normally remove our shoes and place them on the porch of any home as we enter, without waiting to be asked.  We remove our shoes to protect your floors from mud, dirt, germs or anything else you don't want in your home, tracked onto your floors or into your carpets.  A large number of homes have white or light colored carpets that can be easily soiled or dirtied.  Our shoes become dirty during the course of our work. We strive to keep your home and floors clean while we are inside your home, which is why we take our shoes off before entering.  Polite homeowners may not request shoe removal directly, but they do appreciate the politeness and professionalism of our gesture.  If for any reason you would rather us not remove our shoes, just let us know. We will ware shoe covers if you like.  We are always ready to accommodate.
