Job Summary 13;
The Lead Marketing Manager is part of the GEMS Small Business Marketing Organization and will be responsible for developing Sales Channel and Go to Market Strategies including implementation and performance management of Small Business products, programs and offers in a transactional sales environment. Acts as the Small Business liaison to CenturyLinks Sales, Product and Partner organizations to create, implement and manage competitive, compelling and marketable offer roadmap to drive revenue and unit results (ins, outs, net:adds).

The Lead Marketing Manager provides directional leadership through customized sales channel initiatives to meet performance objectives. These efforts include communications, training, sales tools and incentives supporting SBG promos, products and targeting strategies while balancing of eligibility rules developed by prospect/customer profiling, revenue trends and ensuring a positive customer experience. Another key responsibility is to proactively manage results/reporting and the ability to translate results into metrics measuring success, effectiveness and driving continual improvement.

:Manage SBG Sales Product, Promotional and Revenue Performance
:Develop SBG Proactive and Reactive Offer/Closing Tool Strategies of all SBG Sales Channels
:Build Small Business Product Value Proposition, Pricing, Positioning, Promotions and Comprehensive Sales Support Programs
:Drive development and execution of marketing programs and campaigns into SBG Sales Channels: Inbound, Outbound, Partner, Vendor, Digital, Referral and Retail
:Monitor current programs and make modifications when needed
:Work with key vendors on communications development and delivery
:Work with cross:functional teams to communicate and drive alignment with Small Business strategic goals and execution
:Manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously under tight time frames
:Manage Ad/Promo budget, as needed, on a project by project basis
Highly qualified candidates will exhibit:
:Experience aggregating decentralized data / information into rational business analysis of performance
:Strong project management skills from conception through completion
:Able to review and make data supported conclusions regarding the performance and opportunities of the business
:Ability to develop and manage key tools, dashboards, and business assumptions across a multitude of product lines and market trends (Example metrics: penetration, close rate, ARPU, sales distribution, churn and other internal and external competitive benchmarks)
:Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with key members of other internal groups 13;
Qualifications 13;
:Bachelors Degree in Marketing or other related field and plus 6 years experience in a project management or marketing function; 4+ years with Masters
:Previous experience within an IT or telecommunications organization highly desired
:Experience within a large corporate environment
:Strong Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint skills
:Strong communication skills, analytical, and decision making skills
:Excellent organizational and attention to detail
