Job DescriptionThe Network Engineer position is responsible for providing remote and on-site servicing of small to medium sized clients as well as assisting fellow bva team members with more network extensive tickets before they are escalated. This role will assist the project team with firewall and networking efforts, and requires expert level knowledge of network administration, architecture and engineering. High level tickets associated to firewalls and switches (layer 3+) will be assigned to this position for troubleshooting efforts and prevention of ticket escalation.
