Requisition Number: 59541 As a Helpdesk Representative with Insight Enterprises , you will be the first line of contact for our clients needing support for hardware, software and telecom equipment. Grow and develop . You understand Insight processes and are willing to continually learn. Track. You complete tickets that detail troubleshooting steps, knowledge base articles used, escalation paths and ultimately resolution comments. What you'll need to join Insight: 2 years help desk experience or phone support technical experience in a corporate environment. Active Directory Attribute - Account Expires. Email Address, Mail Proxy Addresses, Target Address Active Director Group Memberships - Additions/Removals Active Directory Provisioning Group Membership Additions - All new teammate accounts should be granted Active Directory Deprovisioning Access Removals - Manually removes the following accesses upon termination: SmartSystem, Intranet, Concur, Healthland, RAM, RL Solutions and also confirm that the AD account is disabled.
