Job Description:/h3:

We are looking for a Social Media Advisor who is passionate about social media. While the majority of this position will be organically growing our clients social presence, at least one third of your time will be running paid campaigns of varying sizes. You will be tasked with developing and implementing paid social strategies, reviewing stats : internally and externally : and making recommendations to improve client campaigns, while executing the day:to:day social listening and posting. The right candidate will have a degree in journalism, public relations, marketing, communications, or similar field.
Youll be a part of a social media group and our Client Services team who like each other and love what we do. We work hard, we laugh, and we do good work.
Key responsibilities include:
x25CF; Building and optimizing paid social media plans that include goals, specific campaign strategies, recommended tactics, budgets, and timelines.
x25CF; Manage a large social media marketing budget to generate qualified leads.
x25CF; Ensuring all spent funds are tracked and actual spend is monitored and reported regularly.
x25CF; Social listening and posting for multiple channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
x25CF; Curate and post engaging content while maintaining daily social media activity across your portfolio of clients.
x25CF; Regular, scheduled reporting meetings with clients.
x25CF; Track and manage deliverable timelines for paid media.

Desired Qualifications:
:At least 3 years of experience with paid social media, budget reporting, and customer service.
:Detail:oriented, ability to manage multiple clients
:Extensive knowledge of and experience with social media listening and measurement tools to determine appropriate messaging and opportunities for clients.
:Basic knowledge of
Photoshop/Pixler/Canva, a plus.
:Strong written communication skills, with an emphasis on grammar/spelling excellence.
:Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills required to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
:Personable, with the ability to speak directly to clients and peers.
:Desire to work in a collaborative environment.
