HP DV9000 reflow

Do you have a DV2000, DV6000, DV9000, TX1000, D620, D820, D630, D830 with no video?
Does it turn on but not boot?
Did the wireless go out on it?
Can you not get a picture on external video?
Some common symptoms are:
Laptop receives power, and turns on, but does not display video by LCD or external monitor.
Laptop receives power, and turns on, but does not boot up
All lights and LEDs active, but no boot-up / no activity on the screen
Wireless Card, and/or built-in ethernet, missing, dropping connection, or not detected by the operating system/Windows
Systems I get regularly are Dell D620, D630, E1501, E1505, E1705, HP DV6000, DV2000, DV9000, TX1000, TX2000, DV6, DV7, G60, G71.
