Candidates must have strong sales abilities and enjoy working in the senior care industry. We are looking for someone that truly has a heart for seniors. It is preferred that candidates have experience calling on skilled nursing facilities and hospitals but it is on required.
Duties and Requirements:
* A warm, trusting and welcoming personality that encourages relationship building
* Professional attitude with creative conflict resolution skills
Strong presentation skills
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and closing new business
* Ability to drive revenue and meet sales goals
* Perform duties related to logging daily activity
* Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries
* Communicate effectively about new opportunities, services issues and other issues that affect the company
* Demonstrate a can do attitude and practice patient persistence
* Research and identify additional sources for client referrals
* Manage, plan and prioritize work time and personal sales activities
* Understand and follow policies and procedures and other duties as required by management
* Outside sales experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
* Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with referral sources, clients and employees
* The ability to exercise initiative and carry out instructions from supervisor
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and to operate a computer as required by job duties
* The ability to be in the field for at least 8 hours a day
* Ability to read and write in English
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, other related field preferred, or other equivalent experience.
