Location: Phoenix, AZ


Develop customizations for the currently implemented MDM and coordinate with other developers on best practices
Work with team members to develop technical designs to meet business requirements
Provide data analysis and audits to identify and address root cause of business problems and to make better informed decisions
Focus on reduction of recurring issues through detailed issue resolution, training, and documentation
Develop key relationships with other departments/functions within the company to drive a culture of operational excellence and to optimize company strategic and financial outcomes
Manage master data including users and user roles
Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems
Develop and propose strategies to improve MDM match/merge processes
Communicate directly and concisely with the business to define and deliver against requirements (verbal, written, physical cues)
Coach/mentor junior team members

Bachelors in Computer Science or Masters Computer Science or equivalent preferred
IBM MDM certification is a plus
Java certification is a plus
