Job Description
We are currently hiring for a Regional Sales Manager for the Western Region of the US. The person filling this position will be responsible for:
:Generating business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating prospects position in the market place, developing and closing business opportunities, and researching and analyzing solutions.
:Achieving sales objectives by identifying and pursuing market and niche opportunities marketing our products and related services to F and I Provider Agencies and other related companies in the Automotive and Finance and Insurance arena.
:Identifying, qualifying, contacting and scheduling initial consultations with targeted prospects, leading proposal development efforts, making sales presentations, and closing new business accounts, along with managing the subsequent contracting and implementation process.
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
:Recent new business development experience in bringing new accounts.
:Excellent time management skills
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
:Excellent presentation skills
:Effective negotiation and closing techniques to secure profitable business
:Ability to demonstrate an immediate, positive impact on sales
:Proficiency in MS Office
Preference will be given to those with the following experience:
:Minimum 5+ years relevant experience required : proven Finance and Insurance (F and I) field sales experience, including automotive retail management and/or dealership F and I experience (F and I Manager/Director, Sales Manager or GSM).
:2+ years of proven territory management and account acquisition activities.
:Must include minimum 1 years Automotive related territory management and account acquisition activities.
:May include 1+ years B2B outside territory sales/management or business development.
:Past experience supporting F and I Agency Partnerships a Plus.
