Position Summary
Advertise and sell company trucks and equipment. Primary duties include the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. Provide administrative and clerical support to truck and equipment sales group. Communicate with customers and provide support to facilitate sales

LIST 6 HIGH PAYOFF ACTIVITIES IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE IN WHICH 80 OF TIME SHOULD BE SPENT. ASSIGN EACH ACTIVITY A PERCENTAGE. IF S.M.A.R.T. GOALS ARE SET UP FOR THIS POSITION, PLEASE ATTACH S.M.A.R.T. GOALS ON SEPARATE PAGE AND PLACE A CHECK IN THE APPENDIX BOX BELOW.
:Process calls (in English and Spanish) and document customer inquiries (including name, address, and phone number) regarding marketable vehicles and equipment. (20)
:Process sales documents pertaining to inventory movement of trucks and equipment (in and out of state) to include title transfer, AZ state forms, ID verification, and fund tracking. Provide routine reports for the management staff about sales and purchases. Process paperwork to help customers secure financing (if required), process notes, applications, and titles accurately and proficiently and file with the proper authorities. (15)
:Work with other sales representatives to buy, sell, or transfer vehicles as required. Place trucks and equipment ads in multiple advertising media formats and venues (such as Craigslist, West Valley View, AZ Republic, and other truck publications) in a timely manner. (10)
:Process and manage expense and other administrative reports for Truck and Equipment Sales Group. (10)
:Help customers secure financing, (if required), process notes, applications, and titles accurately and proficiently and file with the proper authorities. (20)
:Visit 10 trucking companies and make 50 calls to various trucking companies each day. Send out promotional materials (flyers, pens, etc.) to 100 trucking companies per week.

Profit on truck sales. Keep costs down (compare to industry standard cost per mile; monthly financials). Customer satisfaction related to work completed. Paperwork and inquiries is processed in an accurate and timely manner. Customers are communicated with effectively in English and Spanish without complaints. Profit on truck sales. Reporting is done in an accurate and timely manner.

Perform other sales, administrative, and driving duties, as required. Arrive on time for work as scheduled. Use attendance system in accordance with company policy. Represent Duncan and Son Lines, Inc. in a respectful, professional, and approachable manner Work well with all company personnel. Start each sale truck daily. Keep work area clean and comply with all safety regulations. Qualifications
ESSENTIAL AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION OR UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE, FORMAL TRAINING, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSING, SPECIFIC ABILITIES OR SKILLS)
Must possess effective clerical, administrative, and organizational skills to manage and track paperwork associated with purchase, transfer, and sales of company assets. Must possess an advanced level of computer knowledge with an emphasis on MS Office applications. Must possess excellent customer service, phone, and negotiation skills in order to communicate and do business with customers. Must be abl
