Job Description:/h3:
We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing a clear, integrated and measurable field marketing support strategy with emphasis on newly acquired schools and schools that require additional marketing support, and that also serves other schools so that all are enabled for local marketing effectiveness, consistent implementation of best practices, generating more inquiries, and improving conversions to enrollments.

Specific Responsibilities:

Facilitates and provides marketing support primarily to newly acquired schools, schools that need additional marketing support, as well as to other schools as necessary
Collaborates with regional leadership, other execs, and school directors to identify challenges and opportunities
Creates action plans that prioritize addressing best opportunities and collaborates with regional leadership to ensure execution and accountability
Collaborates directly with school directors as needed for execution and accountability of specific action plans
Oversees development, training and distribution of promotional calendars for all schools
Oversees execution of consistent processes across all schools for marketing playbook, open houses, other school:hosted special events, and community event participation
Proposes and manages budget for all aspects of field marketing
Oversees relationships with vendors involved in the field marketing process
Measures, tracks and reports out on field marketing performance
Participates in centralized lead management efforts
Oversees community goodwill and philanthropic partnership programs across the network

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism or related field required.
Experience and success overseeing marketing for multiple location organizations.
Excellent communication and training skills
Minimum 5 years experience in marketing.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office required; Photoshop and HTML skills preferred.
Demonstrated demand generation skills and experience desired.
Creative thinking and collaborative work style, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
