Research and recommend technology to improve the current systems in support of the organization's product data management strategic vision. Responsible for translating business requirements into specific systems, applications, data or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Design, develop, and analyze overall architecture for Intel's existing and future products, including Mergers & Acquisitions. In particular, this role will include that of an Integration Manager/Data Lead supporting data integration for M&As.
Responsibilities: Developing the business process architecture for Intel's Product Data Management to meet business and supply chain goals and objectives both in a reactive mode to address new business requirements as well proactively identify future capabilities by doing environmental scans throughout Intel and the industry. Will work closely and seamlessly with the two other Business Architects to provide clear, consistent support and leadership in establishing and driving Intel's Product Data Management vision and strategy. Independently partners with numerous, diverse functions and groups throughout Intel including Design, Product Engineering, Marketing, Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics. A key member of multiple strategic programs developing design artifacts that include: as-is and to-be business interaction models, work flows, and design specifications. Individual will work closely with Business Analyst in the creation of business processes and ensures the design integrity for business, data and technical solutions for each project. Also is an active participant and/or will chair related governance forums. Validates the projects design continues to move us forward towards Intel's PDM guiding principles. Highlights and drives resolution on when there are noncompliance issues that need to be approved by Item BOM Compliance Board.
For M&A the successful candidate will: Manage project Gantt, deliverables, milestones for Product Data Management Integration into Intel's environment. Guide and assist team through ambiguity to reach desired integration outcome. Conduct Fit Gap analysis, Implement Masterdata and Supply Chain designs that are needed to support business or technical gaps. Assist IT with systems architecture design. Partner closely with Business, and IT management to secure resources necessary for PDM integration activities. Implement risk mitigation plans to ensure adherence to schedule/Facilitate Walk the Flows, Map Days, Design and Training sessions. Partner closely with stakeholders to understand Masterdata Requirements Deliver, Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, Finance, BU Ops etc. Implement TCM/ Training plan for project go-live. Ensure all stakeholders understand design and process. Conduct roadshows to review Item & BOM integration design and process with stakeholders as necessary. Report out team milestones to broader supply chain integration track team.

-Knowledge and experience working with multiple areas of Supply Chain functions such as New Product Planning, Revenue Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, and Logistics
-Past experience with the following projects: Item, BOM, Route IBR, Mid-range Planning Management MRPM and other similar projects
-Ability to quickly learn and connect the dots across a wide and diverse scope
-Demonstrated the ability to be self-driven, work with a lot of ambiguity, multitask and handle a dynamic/heavy workload
-Must think strategically while driving tangible, quantifiable business improvements over time. -Must be an excellent team player that gains cooperation from others and is a confident communicator and skilled at influencing a wide range of levels and functional areas
-MBA with 10 years PDM or Supply Chain Experience
-PMP certification as this role will include PM requirements/skillset
-Strong detail orientation and analytical abilities is required with product/technical engineering knowledge
