This role leads a Human Resources Business Partner team for the Technology Solutions (TS) business and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans focused on human capital management, customer satisfaction and business performance. The HR Business Partners serve as the primary liaison between their client groups and the various HR Centers of Expertise (COEs), including, but not limited to, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development/Succession Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Compensation, and Benefits. This group is also currently responsible for managing all employee relations for the TS business. Leads the implementation of programs to build business capability and drive business change efforts. Consults with HR leadership and business leadership to ensure HR programs support and meet the needs of the organization.
