To meet the needs of every kind of patient, we’re developing a full range of products, from traditional flower trims to market-leading precise dosage smoke-free products.

We are looking for a Harvest Associate for our growing team. The Harvest Associate will assist in the harvest of products by setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment under the direction of the management and supervisory staff following aseptic procedures and documenting actions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Prepares for production by reviewing production schedule; studying and clarifying specifications; calculating requirements; assembling and weighing materials and supplies

Prepares equipment by performing sterile cleaning-in-place (CIP), servicing-in-place (SIP), and cleaning out-of-place (COP); conducting operator inspections; performing preventive maintenance checks

Produces requirements by operating and monitoring equipment; observing varying conditions; adjusting equipment controls; calculating concentrations, dilutions, and yields; adhering to aseptic filtering and filing procedures

Maintains a safe and clean work environment by following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures; complying with legal regulations; monitoring environment

Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; calling for repairs

Documents production by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches

Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Treats co-workers with respect; manages and resolves conflict in a constructive manner; helps team members as needed

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must not have been convicted of any felony offenses pursuant in A.R.S. 36-2801

Ability to effectively communicate in English both in written and verbal form with all levels of the organization

Basic math skills. Ability to calculate figures; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division skills required

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED required
Working knowledge of cannabis practices

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms, speak and hear; the employee frequently is required to stand for extended periods, walk, sit and use hands to type, write and handle equipment and containers; the employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; the employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects in excess of 75 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

PPE is required and will be provided, including but not limited to: gloves, hair net, and lab coat.
