The Cards & Retail Services team helps customers achieve their financial dreams by providing a variety of products across the credit spectrum. Job Description
CRS Data Governance team is part of the CRS analytics group. Data Governance team is responsible for supporting the establishment and execution of data management approach to ensure appropriate governance that is aligned with Enterprise policies and guidelines.
Key responsibilities for the Data Integrity Consultant role will include, but not limited to the following:
* Coordinate data governance meetings, prepare agenda, summarize notes and action items, and follow up through completion of action items
* Partner with line of business experts and coordinate and communicate within the CRS Organization, as projects may span across teams
* Support the implementation of data governance and ownership standards within Card and Retail Services Team
* Support documentation of definition of data standards, and ensure data provisioning sources are documented and are adhered to
* Support the team in monitoring of data quality issue and remediation activities, and subsequently coordinate and report progress of remediation activities
Required Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, project management, or data analysis/management
* A BS/BA degree or higher
Desired Qualifications:
* Customer service focus with the ability to actively listen, elicit information, comprehend customer issues/needs, and recommend solutions
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
