PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Full service Property Management Company located in Phoenix, Arizona. We have an exciting opportunity currently. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, able to communicate with tenants and owners, and grow with the company.
We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills:
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Bilingual: Spanish
Strong analytical skills
Strong communicator
Ability to multi:task
Flexible during times of stress
Great work ethic
Complete and maintain resident leases and paperwork
Computer proficiency
Professional appearance and demeanor
Team focused and be a go getter

Duties include the following and more as one learns:
Money management
Prepare leases and addendums
Social media advertising
Owner and tenant communication
Bookkeeping
Collections
Process maintenance calls from tenants
Follow up on with vendors
Coordinate projects for owner
Arizona real estate license is a must for this job.
