Job Description We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all leasing activities and transactions. Responsibilities: Lease apartments Maintain a high level of customer service and tenant relations Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Schedule on-site staff and outside vendors for repairs and maintenance of vacant apartments Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Collect and post receipts to tenant ledgers Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations and with special projects Qualifications: Previous experience in residential property management Familiarity with residential leases, forms and procedures Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of Federal Fair Housing Laws Requirements: High School Diploma Valid AZ Driver's License Current Vehicle Insurance Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Proficiency with Yardi Voyager a plus We are an equal employment opportunity company.
