I’m a mature gay male looking for a gay mature roommate to share a furnished, one bedroom, one bathroom, apartment; roommate must furnish own bed not any bigger than a twin size bed. We both would be sharing bedroom space as far as sleeping. The apartment has 2 pools and basketball court and as well as tennis court.

I live in a well maintained complex.

(I do have a large friendly dog that would be living with us both no other pets well be allowed)

Roommate must be non-Smoker drug free and not be disabled

I’m looking for a responsible gay mature guy that must be presently employed, or have monthly income from Gov., or on state program and have valid photo ID. Must be clean cut guy no drugs, and not a party, person.
Must be considerate and respectful of my person property and willing to share the cleanliness of the apartment.

This would be a 12 month lease starting the first of the month and year is 2013 you would be added on to my lease and be responsible for condition’s and terms of said lease and regulations of lease as I am. Monthly rental is $340.00 per month due the first of each month this includes all utilities’ cable TV and internet service included.

Must have own computer with Wi-Fi or be able to use hot wire.

This is gated community and you would have a parking space as well.

Requirement’s to move in is first and last month’s rent as well as we would need to meet first so I may determine that we are best suited as roommates. Must pass background check no exceptions.
