Position Type: Full Time (40 hours minimum per week).
Method of Pay: Base Salary Starts at 36K (DOE) + Commission. Realistic first year potential of 40K to 65K. There is no limit on what you can earn in future years.

AHG Home Warranty works with homeowners and Real Estate professionals in many capacities that are representing and/or assisting people in the process of purchasing a home. Home Warranties (a.k.a.: Home/Residential Service Contracts or Home Protection Plans) provide repair or replacement service for Appliances, Heating or Cooling systems, Plumbing, Electrical, Pool/Spa, Garage Door Openers, Water Heaters, Ceiling Fans, and more that fail due to normal usage per a service contract. AHG Home Warranty currently offers our services in AZ, ID, NV, UT and TX and we are in the process of expanding to several other states.
Position Description:
(Scottsdale/Phoenix Account Executive)
1. Work with homeowners to help them understand the warranty coverage/make sure they have the correct coverage for their home.
2. In a professional capacity:: maintain existing and establish new relationships with several different Real Estate companies/Agents, Title/Escrow Officers, and Property Management offices to identify and establish potential clients.
2. Establish and create new relationships through sponsored events and industry required classes.
3. Enhance business relationships by maintaining top of mind awareness with industry professionals.
4. Delivering (in person) and maintain reasonable levels of company literature at industry related offices.
5. Schedule presentation appointments and perform presentations at various locations.
6. Assisting in the development of marketing plans and strategies.
7. Join and actively participate in industry associations and trade shows/events as an exhibitor.
8. Provide customer service as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. BS in Business or Sales/Marketing.
2. 3:years of business:to:business sales experience. Real Estate related industry preferred, but not required.
3. Very good/current Microsoft office programs (excel, word, power point, outlook), social media, and CRM skills.
4. Customer service experience.
5. Strong presentation skills in front of groups ranging from 5 to 50 people.
6. Skillful negotiation, aggressive follow:up and closing skills.
7. Desire to find and build new business relationships and grow our business.
8. Excellent communication skills in all formats are a must.
9. Desire to excel and advance within the organization.
10. Must be a self:starter.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Must possess a valid drivers license.
13. Available to work a minimum 40 hours/week including on occasion after 5:00pm or Saturdays to attend industry related events.
14. This position has an ongoing travel requirement. There will be about 5 consecutive days per quarter that are required to support other demographics on a regular basis.

Minimum Physical Requirements: Must possess the ability to stand 10, walk 5, sit 60, drive 25. Must also be able to lift and carry 35lbs.
