The CRM Campaign Strategist is responsible for developing strategies and implementing programs to activate, engage, retain, cross:sell and increase customer LTV for our Plexus business. The role will develop end to end promotional and lifecycle:based communication programs reaching multiple customer segments across email and mobile, assess performance, and optimize. The role will be responsible for all channel asset collection and final reporting; as well as work with all channel stakeholders and leverage the right channels according to best practices. The CRM Campaign Strategist will run the operations of the CRM team and be accountable for deadlines and successful execution; the role will also partner with internal and external teams to navigate strategy and execution which will be a key tenant of this role.
Job Duties:
:Responsible for utilizing best practices in leveraging our CRM platform to develop cross:channel customer journeys, set:up rules based creative messaging, develop and monitor testing scenarios and regularly surface business analytics and insights to program managers. This includes implementing life:cycle strategies, marketing automation, user
segmentation/scoring, surveys, and leveraging dynamic/triggered messaging to optimize campaign responsiveness.
:Work in partnership with Product Marketing, as well as broader marketing and product business groups to develop and implement end:to:end journey and life:cycle campaigns which include campaign planning and design, target criteria selection, list management, campaign health monitoring and post campaign analysis.
:Work with the product marketing team with reporting set:up to help provide required data and analysis to read:out against campaigns, tests and channel level impact. Ensure reporting automation and accuracy, timeliness of reports available from directly managed CRM systems.
:Create content management strategy to include inventory of current assets, mapping those to appropriate buyer personas and stage in buying journey, and identification of gaps in available content and sales tools. Partner on seasonal and annual CRM plans; assist with the creation of direct mail, SMS, email, mobile, and digital channel testing agenda, and initiatives for the loyalty program including social strategies, Online effort and email loyalty programs.
:Responsible for the accuracy/quality assurance of all email campaigns, including error:free email copy, imagery, links, and targeted segments. Develop and manage a dynamic campaign calendar, calendar time lines, and calendar prioritization all based upon approvals, key dates, and channel best practices.
:Creates customer promotions and handles the day:to:day loyalty program mechanics, specific to increase retention and engagement
:Execute Testing: A/B split test, audience splits, dynamic personalization, campaign attribution, email marketing tests, and leverage other testing results (web) to Identify optimal messaging, design, cadence, etc. for our target audience. Report on results and champion optimization. Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required.
:Stay attune to the changing email marketing channel, and contribute new ideas towards growth and optimization, as well as, best practices. Liaison to customer service for data and campaign issues, as needed. Creates customer journey maps, experience mapping, consumer decision journey maps, and mental model maps.
:Provide operational planning and execution for CRM programs which include but arent limited to the following: set:up and deploy complex and automated communication journeys and business rules that drive content, triggers, audience segmentation and channel selection/cadence; quickly identify and troubleshoot any performance issues and demonstrate an ability to drive successful resolutions; manage schedule of deployment to optimize user
