Job Description:/h3:
Sales Coordinator will report to the Director of National Accounts to increase software sales from within our reseller channel and locally. Assistant Sales Manager will need to assist in the creation and management of processes to identify and develop new opportunities, project manage the sales process, and maintain customer satisfaction.
* Scheduling appointments for and assist with product demonstrations or webinars for channel agents and end:users.
* Effectively manage leads from multiple funnels by utilizing CRM and key accounting integrations.
* Assist in designing professional marketing media and presentations of company products or services.
* Liaising between the company and the customers for up:to:date condition on pricing, service and latest product release launches.
* Enhancing up to date knowledge on new products, procedures, services and tools by attending departmental and training meetings.
* Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the company in a positive manner.
* Effectively attending and coordinating conferences and trade shows.
* Using marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools.
* Preparing reports for sales and marketing and maintaining expense accounts.
* Performing, updating and maintenance of accounts of customer including contact names and numbers for future sales.
* Providing product quotes to customers as needed.

:Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions
:Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion
