Based in Tempe, AZ, the Strategic Sales Development Manager will build and grow a brand:new team of business developers that will coverstrategic territories.The ideal candidate is passionate about coaching and developing a team that are responsible for finding and qualifying high quality sales opportunities within their assigned territory. The team will generate new business opportunities by conducting strategic research, targeted communications and constant communication with all the internal sales teams.
You will be key in the success of this highly visible team by ensuring all individual, team and organizational targets are met. You will use coaching, training, and mentoring to ensure everyone in the team is equipped for success. You will build a team culture and identity that encourage performance and personal development.
:Hiring, Training and Developing a team of Strategic Sales Development reps
:Ensure linearity of the pipeline creation
:Reporting pipeline generation activities levels
:Forecast to senior sales management on 4QR pipeline
:Innovate and finetune our digital sales processes to be 'best in industry'
:Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
:Create a hiring profile and a career path template (including but not limited to Account Executive promotions)
:Working with Marketing building high impact local and global campaigns
:You will report to the director of North America Inside Sales, work closely with the Global VP of Inside Sales and with the regional Sales leaders.
Required Skills and Experience:
:Experience in Sales Management (2+ years) Sales : Business Development
:Cloud application experience
:Outstanding relationship building skills
:Able to translate daily activities and team feedbacks into a reliable forecast
:Able to operate at high speed and drive a triple digit growth in all metrics
:Bachelors degree minimum
