Job: Alarm Technician and Installer
Hourly Wage: $15-$20
Description of Job:
Alarm technician/installer responsible for; pre-wiring, trim-outs, and repairs of security systems in custom homes and small commercial residences.
No access control or commercial fire alarms experience needed.

Special Requirements
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Able to stand an eight hour shift
-Minimum three years' experience installing, servicing and maintaining low voltage alarm systems in Honeywell, DSC and GE Networks
-Certifications and/or formal training in alarm installation and repairs is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED minimum
-Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screenings, to include a back-ground check and drug screening
- Must be able to pass qualifications for an alarm agent license. If you already have one, BIG plus.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- On call for emergency repairs during or after hours.
- Maintain high standards of installation and repairs.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions precisely.
- Lifting up to 40lbs.
-Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling.
- Work from ladders or scaffolds up to 20 feet in height.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Clean-cut appearance
- Punctual and reliable
