Looking for a reliable, hard working, honest pool technician to work primarily commercial properties. Must have own vehicle (truck preferable), insurance and valid AZ license and clean driving history for last 3 years. Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person with experience in a similar industry. Must be able to work 8-10+ hours shifts weekdays and a short (4-5 hours) weekend shift as needed. Needs to be able to be at first jobsite early am (typically by 5am, or possibly earlier in certain situations). Must be able to work in AZ summer heat, mechanically inclined and present yourself in a professional manner to residents and property managers. Must be organized and able to fill out log sheets, checklists, etc... Must be able to handle feedback in a positive manner.

Position involves working either solo, or with another cleaner/tech at 4-5 large commercial pools. Duties include testing and adjusting chems, empty baskets, brush, vacuum and other maintenance tasks which may include cleaning of decking, tile cleaning, trash removal, etc... You would be using your own vehicle but will be reimbursed mileage from stop to stop. Looking for someone who is able and willing to work long hours as needed and be a team player. Great communication skills are also very important and a smart phone with camera and GPS is also very helpful to preform job duties.
