With today's most comprehensive line of products, services, and technologies, **STANLEY Convergent Security** is the electronic security system provider of choice for industrial, government, commercial, and national account customers such as schools, hospitals, retailers, financial institutions, airports and more. **Reports To: Director, Project Management, Vertical and Centralized Operations** **Position Summary:** This position provides project support for the systems integration and Vertical Market projects. The Project Coordinator will support the Project or Program Manager in all aspects of the projects from analysis and pre-planning through implementation and close. The Project Coordinator provides administrative support for scheduling, staffing, purchasing and billing throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Coordinator will have direct communication with the customer and publish project status reports as needed. Finally, the Project Coordinator will be required to support multiple projects at any given time, all with varying schedules, scopes of work and requirements. This position will work closely with other departments such as Engineering, Vertical Market Sales, Partner Development/Resource Management, and Core Operations and Sales. **Project Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** * Communicates as needed with customer to assure complete customer satisfaction throughout the project * Schedules and documents installation dates with the customer and internal financial systems. Manages and communicates changes and impacts to the schedule and project * Helps ensure appropriate resource skill and adequate staffing numbers are maintained for successful execution of the project * Creates purchase requisitions, tracks delivery, maintains equipment status and updates the financial systems during the project lifecycle * Coordinates efforts with area installation management and subcontractors to guarantee timely completion of scheduled duties * Creates and/or publishes project status or other key metric reports required for a project * Communicates regularly with Project Manager, Program Manager or other project staff to address and resolve problems for timely project completions * Coordinates and manages all paperwork throughout the project * Arranges and completes turn over package for service department * Compiles all necessary information and coordinates with the accounting department for customer billing * Validates vendor invoices and resolves issues with vendor invoicing/payment * May be responsible for creating or contributing to the creation of various project deliverables as assigned * Other duties in support of the project/program as assigned **Position Qualifications:** * 3+ years security sales, service, and/or project coordination experience * Associates degree or equivalent education and experience * Self Motivated * Skills with personal computers and personal scheduling * Proficient with all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Ability to organize, plan, and meet deadlines * Strong Interpersonal, negotiation, follow-up, and documentation skills * Strong organizational and analytical skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment * Working knowledge of SAP, SBN or Salesforce systems preferred * Knowledge of security industry * Model, foster and drive Stanley's values including Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Vision, Stretch, Boundaryless and Speed Stanley Security Solutions is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. ## EEO Statement All qualified applicants that apply for Stanley Black & Decker will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. *Requisition Number:* 51929BR *City:* Tempe *Business:* US - SSS - CSS
