Wanted a small newer motor home. Have 6 lots for trade. Own free and clear for many years. All property taxes are paid until November 2018.
I can prepare all the documents at no cost or use a title company and you pay for the closing cost.
Just received the Notice of the Value for this lots from the county.
The cash value for one lot 2017-2018 is $7,200 for each lot.
1/2 mile from the lots there is a general store, gas station, dollar store.....
6 Lots East of Show Low in Cedar Ridge Subdivision. This is a bulk sale I will not sell the lots individually.

If you like to have a big lot you can combine 2 lots and end up with 5 lots. Keep one and sell the other 5 with potential profit if you sell them individually.
I contacted Apache County was told there is no problem to combine 2 lots. The Lot combination a Application is available online to download from Apache County.

Driving Directions: From Show Low head East on State Hwy 60 for aprox 10 Miles to the intersection with State Highway 61. At this point bear left on State Hway 61 and head east for 3/4 of a mile. At the intersection there is a general store and a gas station at left side. The lots are located less than a mile from the store at right side.
The entrance to the lots is at right side you ll see a house and a sign N3330.
Enter to the subdivision at right and take first left on a dirt road. From the end of the road go approx 500 Ft. This is where the first 2 lots are located at left side. APN 106-27-286&287.
Continue on dirt road the other 3 lots APN 106-27-248,249 and 351 are at right side approx 200 ft from the end of the road.
You can download a map for the lot from Apache County Assessor GIS site. Enter the APN# for each lot.
