According to documents submitted to the City of Casa Grande, phase one of Dreamport Villages will include "an extreme sports park, the wild animal and rides park, theme based water park, hotels, entertainment and meeting facility, welcome center, RV park, restaurants, retail shops and offices along with other coordinated amenities around a lake and canal system."

Phase One alone is expected to create more than 5,000 direct and indirect jobs.
